Review content:
Do not waste your money at this salon. My mother and I went in for a manicure/pedicure yesterday and received the most amateur service imaginable. The worst part is it was $80 for each of us! The women were nice but for a $55 dollar pedicure you expect a great one and we were just shocked at the result. Messy paint job, paint on the sides of our toes, streaky, not a thorough cleaning, nails rough, I mean just really poor. We are two women that get our nails done on a weekly basis and understand what a good manicure/pedicure is. I just moved to the neighborhood from New York City which is why we tried this place. It's location is great and being on Worth Avenue in Palm Beach I thought we couldn't go wrong. I was wrong, way wrong!!! When I called up to tell the salon about our experience they went on and on about how they have the richest, most high profile people come into the salon and they never have complaints! How rude, what are we chopped liver. Needless to say no refund. We will be going elsewhere to get another manicure/pedicure from scratch! I wouldn't even go back to have them redo our nails. If you don't have talent, what is going to change?
Do not go to this salon, you will be throwing away your money.
Pros: nice, talkative
Cons: everything else!!!
