hi, i felt inclined to write a review about my experience at dove's bodies because it was truly like no other i have ever had...and i have had a lot! first thing i loved was how dove takes care of her studio, instantly i felt taken care of as i was greeted at the door and pleasantly welcomed into her studio. it was nice to be greeted by the owner, very rare in this town. her studio is beautiful, everything she sells is eco-friendly, organic, etc. it was so nice to be around someone who cared not only for her customers, her community, but the planet too. after flipping through her press kit i learned she is very comitted to charity work and local schools as well...i haven't even worked out yet and i already love this place! she had me fill out a medical release form, who does that in l.a.? it was so nice that she cared, she wanted to know about my fitness history, family history, if i had any injuries, who referred me, it was amazing! i felt so cared for...but i had heard about her workouts, so i still was a bit nervous, yet very impressed thus far...she showed me around and i sat and stretched for a while as her regulars filtered in and noticed that she greeted every single one by name...wow! how does she do that? anyways, the class started and her music selection and style of teaching was hypnotic. she took me on such a great journey for my body, my mind and my spirit...i loved it! it was hard as hell, don't get me wrong...not for everybody! but if you want to push yourself, work outside of the box, be in the hands of a pro and a caring being, and change your life...this is the place! i loved my experience here and recommend it to everyone. dove is now part of my life and i love it. to top it off she called me the next day to see how i was feeling and thank me for coming to her studio. that was the icing on the cake! it is so rare to have such aware customer service and i really appreciate her and what she has created. my body has changed too! Pros: plenty of parking, great music!, flawless workouts, great instruction, kind, courteous, customer service!, safe, challenging...i could go on forever! Cons: none what so ever...
