From the moment I walked in for a tour I was competely taken back by how professional and nice everyone was. The gal at the front desk helped me out and got me set up with Dominique who helped me with my membership. She explained everything to me and had an educated answer for all of my questions and she really seemed to believe in what she was selling me. Since joining the club, I haven't had any problems with bringing guests, dropping my son off in kids club, or taking the Cycle classes in the evening. There are always plenty of bikes and it really seems well maintained. I really think I'm getting more than my money's worth every month!!! Very very pleased!
Pros: The people are nice, not too crowded, great parking structure with cameras on my car
Cons: I can't make it to all the classes I want!
