Review content:
Comcast only cares about acquiring new customers, not retaining their current ones. Tried to get a continuing promotion after my 3 month's one expired; was shot down by FIVE representatives as well as their supervisors. They didn't care that I wanted to cancel, either. They say their high prices are justified by the quality of their service. Well, I've had five service interruptions in the last few months, and their ""customer service"" is the worst that I've ever encountered with any company. Their sales reps also give me different stories about why they aren't able to give promotions, while my friends who are Comcast subscribers are given promotions all the time. My entire experience has been a nightmare. Cons: too overpriced, terrible service, arrogant company
