Absolutely HORRIBLE experience! Apparently their FREE estimate only applies if you plan to buy from them. When sales rep arrived, he refused to do estimate because we weren't ready to make a decision right away and both ""decision makers"" weren't present. Why is this necessary if we only want a quote??? We explained we only wanted an estimate because we planned to shop around . . . doesn't everyone do this??? The sales rep was very arrogant, unfriendly and pushy! Who makes a decision to buy without making sure they are getting the BEST deal? Their store and customer service reps are so rude over the phone. They don't communicate very well and explain their process. Yet, they have the nerve to say WE wasted their time!!! Actually, Express Flooring, YOU wasted your own time!!! Wish I would have read all the negative reviews before calling them. Even if they are the cheapest STAY AWAY!!!! They are SCAMMERS and an absolute JOKE!!! Please research them FIRST before making your decision to call. It will save you a lot of headaches. They are no longer listed with the Better Business Bureau due to all the customer compliants!
