I've actually heard a lot of bad things about Laser Away since I've been there from other people I know. I had an okay experience I guess, but I don't have any reason to go back since there are a lot of other places where you can get the same thing done for the same price in a better environment (at least that's what I'm finding out as I do more research). Thinking back, the staff didn't seem all that informed on what they were doing. I'm probably going to look into another place to go (I get tattoo removal and hair removal and occasionally some botox, but I only got tattoo removal at Laser Away one time). If this was the only place to go to, I'd probably keep on going, but like I said, this is LA - there's a million other place to get the same things done. Might as well go to one that gives me more confidence in what they're doing next time.
