DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! THEY ARE RUDE, SHOW UP LATE, ONLY GO OVER YOU CARPET ONCE AND NO STAINS ARE REMOVED. I TOLD THE GUY ABOUT THE STAINS AND HE SAID HES JUST THERE TO STEAM CLEAN THE CARPET NOT GET STAINS OUT ???? LOL WHAT AM I PAYING FOR THEN?? THEN WE SENT PIC. TO THE OWNER TO GET A REFUND AND HE REFUSED TO GIVE US A REFUND AND THREATENED US BY SAYING I KNOW WHERE YOU LIVE!! I AM SOO SERIOUS DO NOT USE THEM!! AND WHEN THE GUYS DID SHOW UP (TWO HOURS LATE) HE SAID SORRY IM LATE BUT DONT YOU THINK ID RATHER BE AT HOME WITH MY FAMILY? EXCUSE ME BUT THATS NOT MY PROBLEM!! RIP OFF!!!!
