Got a terrible haircut from a salon I had gone to for 6mths. I came to the Last Tangle, talked to the Owner and she suggested Phyllis was the stylist who could be a perfect match to what I was looking for. She immediately offered me assurance she could help me fix the disasterous cut and I LOVED IT then AND am still loving it!!! She did such a great job AND I can't wait to return! If you're looking & wanting something new & want a salon that makes you feel ""welcomed"", the Last Tangle is the place to go!!!!!! - No longer ""unhappy from KCMO"" --review is under Oliver's Salon.
