I went to this salon after reading all of the rave reviews right here. The staff was extremely friendly and did their best to make me comfortable. The prices were very decent. Unfortunately, the haircut was awful! Although she was a very nice woman, I think it would only be fair to the salon if I mentioned who gave me the haircut. Jamie (mentioned more positively by another reviewer below - although she isn't really that young, she just dresses young) was a very sweet woman, but man, she did a butcher job on my bangs, and the cut for the rest of my hair was almost as bad - several small chunks of hair hang awkwardly longer than the rest. And the left and right sides are definitely not the same length. But my bangs were the worst. They were so bad that I had to repair them myself. I'm NO hair stylist, but they look MUCH better now.
Pros: friendly staff, good price (assuming you get a better hair cut than I did)
Cons: horrible haircut, not enough time spent, general lack of skill
