Where do I begin? This company is so unprofessional and lacks any personal skills. They obviously get enjoyment out of ruining peoples weekend. I have never heard of a company that tows outside of their business hours but only allows you to retrieve your car during business hours and then charges you for storage when they are closed. This place is a complete joke! I have no idea how they received an ACE award for towing...
