Review content:
I have always heard very good things about Sammy's. However, after an incident last night, I will never patronize this establishment. There was a local event going on called ""Belmont Alive,"" and my friend's 4YO daughter needed a bathroom to the point where she was crying. Sammy's flat-out REFUSED to allow my friend to bring her daughter in to use their bathroom; the poor child ended up having an accident right outside their door as a result. To add to the insult, Sammy's has not only NOT apologized to this mother and child, but they keep deleting the comments posted on their Facebook page from irate parents. They claim to be ""...professionals with decades of experience..."" yet are demonstrating that they are anything BUT professional. I recommend that you avoid this place at all costs, especially if you have small children. They aren't worth the trouble.
