Have been going there for a while but it seems that they (the owners) are now taking customers for granted, maybe the excellent ratings have been getting to their heads. On the most recent visit, even the food was mediocre - the fried rice was all stuck together, from too much water and overcooking. We were served tea as soon as we sat down, my friend asked if it was complimentary. When the waitress affirmed that it was, he took a sip. Guess what? The owner made him pay for it. I had to repeatedly ask for water and condiments, which got when I had finished my meal.
Pros: Food used to be good
Cons: Inconsistent Service and food
