I fully recommend this company for any towing services you may need. I'm not sure of the person's name but, my fiancee called to check on cost for tow services with Falcon, due to a car break down, and was given exemplary customer service. I then called, later in the day, to setup an appointment for pickup from an autoshop that didn't perform. This Falcon representative called me back to see if I was the client that he had given the flat fee quote to earlier when speaking with my fiancee and confirmed all services requested. They were very courteous, fast, reliable, and efficient in a personal time of high stress. I want to especially thank the tow truck technician ""Randall"" for his expertise and services. (Several suggestions were made, to a so-called reputable auto shop, to push start/pop the clutch on my vehicle. Because according to them that was the only way they could fix the problem. In the end, it was diagnosed CORRECTLY, part purchased/installed, and back up and running within an 1hr 30 mins by a mobile mechanic, which saved me approx $500). Randall inquired about my car troubles and suggested popping the clutch before any input from my ordeal with the auto shop. He then voluntarily went the extra mile by doing so, and was able to start my vehicle right away! Thanks much Randall! Keep up the great work Falcon! You have most definitely earned another happy customer!
