Review content:
I tried to love this salon, I really did. And in the beginning, it was okay. Seems like once Tony and some of the regular employees left, things changed. The last time I went in was with my 9 year old son for his haircut. Our appointment was at noon (which is when they open on Sundays, so we had the first appointment). We arrived at maybe 5 or 10 minutes til 12, and stood outside in freezing temps, waiting for someone to open the salon until about ten after. Then we waited until 12:30 for his haircut because the stylist (who was supposed to have opened the salon) had decided to come in late because of the weather. Um, I was there despite the weather. The owner sort of apologized, mostly made excuses, and never offered any kind of compensation for our time. And I'd been a regular customer. If this is how the regulars are treated, I'll be a regular elsewhere. Sorry.
Pros: Pleasant, personable stylists, location
Cons: Left waiting
