Review content:
Terrible experience! Each of us made several trips to the office for an exam and contact lens fittings. They determined 2 of the 3 of us had eye infections, one which never seemed to clear. The front staff was uninformed, and had poor communication skills. They accidentally cancelled one of my appointments (which date I waited for and had made intentionally because of insurance eligibility). Then double booked me and I had to wait 50 minutes to see the Doctor when I was told I would have to wait 10-15. They forgot to order my daughters trial lenses. She had to wear 2 different types of lenses while we waited for them to ""rush"" the order, which took and additional 5 days. I spoke with one Dr Lee and expressed my concerns. The subsequent visits were equally as bad. My contact order was charged more than I had been quoted/approved and they required payment when my daughter got there to pick them up. Every visit was problematic. It took 4 weeks and each of us multiple trips to Kirlkland to finally get desperately needed contact lenses. It became a comedy of errors.
