Review content:
We had an extremely difficult refinace to do because the title on our property was very complicated. Mostly due to a bank that failed to remove a lien after they were paid off. A gentleman by the name of Matt not only cleared up the title after gathering the required documentation, but then came to our house and did the settlement in our living room. We will be re-financing again and are trying to get our new lender to use them.
