Review content:
I had to give up my vegetarianism due to stomach problems. I think this was the first steak I ever had and it was excellent! I've had others since then, and this is still the best. Not overly seasoned, yet perfectly tasty and cuts like butter. Do not confuse this restaurant with one in the airport with the same name which offers Mexican cuisine. This restaurant is literally on the edge of Texas on Highway 54 (between El Paso, TX and Alamagordo, NM) on a working ranch. I have only had the Filet Mignon, Ribeye and the House Steak. I have to say that the House Steak was best. I would recommend the (I think they called them) cow chips for a side. These are very tasty ridged potato medalions. If you want real steak, this is the place to go.
Pros: Excellent Steak
Cons: A bit off of the beaten path
