Review content:
They charged $359 for the parts alone to replace a Sub-Zero ice-maker. After they left I researched the ice-maker on the internet and found that the exact same ice-maker ranged from $80 to $200 with $140 being the most common price. On top of that was a $137 service call and a $99 labor charge. It cost $684 to replace the icemaker!
Very friendly technician though. But not worth nearly $700.
