Review content:
We have been fairly happy since we moved in. The management is not the best. The first manager never paid the bills and was fired and so one of the maintenance guys has taken over as manager. Our water is shut off at least three times a week for ""repairs."" By now we should have the best water system in the state. The townhouses are very spacious and for the price, you really can't beat the size. The patios are nice sized. The downside is that our master bedroom's heating is not existant and it is always cold. The walls are very thin and if someone is next door, we hear everything they do...same goes for upstairs. The old ceilings creak and crackle. Like I said, for the price, the size and the location, it is a good value. Management could certainly improve, but I will say this, we do have the best maintenance team ever despite all of the problems with the water system.
Pros: Great Maintenance team, bills are low because they are billed on a commercial rate, great sized rooms and townhomes
Cons: water gets shut off all the time, poor management, awful owners
