I had a horrible experience with Dr. Berner. The office staff are crude, loud and obnoxious. Dr. Berner himself smelled like an ashtray, was covered in sweat and never once called me by my correct name (even after I corrected him on it). He also did not respond to any of my questions. I told him that the prescription he selected for me was blurry, caused me to see doubles and was generally inadequate, and he told me that he could not explain why - um, maybe because it is the wrong prescription?! I have no idea how this guy stays in business.
