In a sea of unsophisticated, ""Chilli's-like"" taste in Memphis, JARRETT'S understands how to concentrate on food, and service. Not pretentious, but favorful, upscale blend of American/CA and Continental. Refreshing. Certainly head and shoulders above other restaurants like ""Equestria"". Unfortunately it is outnumbered by restaurants catering to the mass of suburban east-Memphians who seem to want the image of ""affluence"" but can't afford to eat anything out but BBQ, bad Chinese, nachos, but pay $8.00 for ""a salad at Houston's""...This city needs education and exposure..Jarrett's at least is an enormous breath of ""outside air"". I would recommend it ******
