I really appreciate the good work you did on my car, as well as how quickly it was finished. You had it done ahead of time and that is a GREAT help when you are trying to get the children to school and yourself to work.
I also think it is wonderful that you take the time to explain what is wrong and how you are going to repair it. You treated me with respect and honesty. I have decided to sign up for your loyalty program as my car is getting older and needing a little more TLC. I am happy to find a business that still takes pride in their work and cares about the customer.
