Review content:
Do not even consider using this company. Price went from 1500 to over 4000. We agreed upon the days needed and the final ""move out"" day. They showed up an extra day since I was out of the state and they saw an opportunity to take advantage. Michelle (in the office) said they went to help the renter in the house. All with out my consent and charged my credit card. They were to call me on our final planned day of service before they charged my credit card, they never did. I had to call they office on Monday morning to find out that they had ripped me off! They overcharged piano removal by $150.00 saying it was a Grand piano which it was not. I have pictures to prove it. I have read many other terrible reviews. I have found that that the bad reviews somehow get filtered out so that you only see the good ones.
