I was desperate. It was right in the middle of tax season, I had written all my documents to the server for months - I was told I had an unfailing backup solution and BAMM. Everything was gone. I called my IT company and to my dismay they were not able to get the data back. We went back and forth for a while and they stopped returning my calls.That is when I called Guardian. Tim came in and had my data back in short order. He then instituted a backup solution which is tested regularly and even sped up my systems. I will never call anyone else and I recommend you don't either!
