Absolute worst contractor EVER! Didn't warn me that sanded grout shouldn't be used because of the type of spacing between our bathroom tiles. Gouged several tiles and pulled the towel rack off the wall on one side then grouted the hole and reattached it to try to 'fix' it (and didn't tell me). Grouted and sealed same day, not bothering to let the grout dry first. THEN told me that I could easily wipe down the tiles next day and the job would be finished (most likely because he didn't want to come back since he underestimated the time it would take to do the job--stating 4 hours rather than the 8 hours it took). Since he sealed over the entire tile, the film was almost impossible to remove. He also left the bathroom covered in a powdery mess from the grout that was removed. He didn't bother to clean a thing. I called him to tell him he needed to come back and finish the job, and didn't receive a call until a week later. I decided to not even bother...lesson learned. After just a few weeks, the grout started coming loose, and so now we have to pay someone to come out and re-do the entire job.
