After having had poor experiences with kennels in the past, we were hesitant to leave our dog Dizzy anywhere, but after touring the facility we were 100% confident that PPH&V was the place for us! The staff was friendly and helpful, took the time to show us around and discuss different service/price levels. When we picked Dizzy up three days later, she was energentic and happy - not at all the lethargic and depressed dog we'd picked up from a previous kennel experience. Now at home, I swear she misses the place! We have no worries now that, whenever needed, Dizzy will have a clean, air-conditioned place to sleep with plenty of room to run and a sprinkler to play in! Thanks again!
