I was a customer of what was Family Pet Resort and had kenneled my dog there on a few occassions. I was happy with the service and my dog seemed to like it. I was not happy with a few employees and the overall cleanliness of the place. I made a reservation in July and was informed that the kennels ownership changed hands. After dropping off last week, I was COMPLETELY impressed with the facelift, villas, cleanliness and the new staff. The place is GREAT with an honest, caring and customer oriented staff. Dog did not want to come home. A+
