Dear Dr Rebecchi,
I have been taken Bruno there since you opened up. Up til now everything was great. There have been a lot of changes that don't seem to be working out for Bruno. I think you need to be there for one full day to see how everything is going. I also think you should do a backround check on who gets hired to make sure they are ""GOOD WITH ALL SIZE ANIMALS"". The family you have working is GREAT MARK JEAN AND SAM THEY TREAT BRUNO AND TAKE CARE OF HIM LIKE HE IS THEIR OWN. Larry u are a great doctor and i love the resort but your workers need to be able to take care of large dogs like Bruno with out being afraid. Bruno is a great dog and we never had a problem but if your workers are afraid of him he wont be able to come back. Please take the time and advice to be there to see how things are handled. Geritt i think his name there is good but that family there is GREAT !!!!!!!!!
