Review content:
My Snickers is a 5 lb active Yorkie. About 8 months ago I found the Phila Pet Hotel, by accident ,and took a chance. All I can say is WOW! It's the best thing that could have happened to us both. He's there once or twice a week for day camp, where he gets to run and play inside and outside. Whenever I have to go away, I'm completely comfortable leaving him there. The love and care he receives from the entire staff is phenominal. However, I must give special ""cudo's"" to the family that works there...Jean, Mark, and Sam. They treat Snickers like he's their own. The other day I asked a friend ot pick my baby up from day camp, but forgot to call and tell them. When she got there, Jean refused to give my little one to her, wanted ID and put her through the ringer. In this day and age, when people don't even ask for ID half the time, this showed me just how special this family of pet lovers is. Wherever, Mark, Jean, and Sam are...that's where Snickers will be. Phila Pet Hotel, has my vote for having a beautiful place, and hiring the best staff. Snickers always gets excited the minute we pull up to the hotel. If you're looking for a place to take your four legged family member, don't think twice...run to Phila Pet Hotel.
