Review content:
Reservations were made two months in advance with the Pet Hotel for a week's stay (in a suite) for our family's two 7 month old shep/lab mixes. The suite reservations included doggie day camp and treats for each day and the top of the line bath package for each pup. These puppies are our family's first puppies and we were under the impression that remaining in the Petsmart circle of services was the best choice. Banfield provides our vet services, pups were adopted at Petsmart, we participate in the Petsmart trainings, pups are groomed at Petsmart, and all foods, crates, bedding, etc had been purchased at or through Petsmart until recently...expenses average $700 - $1,000 per month for the two puppies - spent only at Petsmart.
Cons: Not in the best interest of clients/pets
