For those Cigar affectionado's out there looking for a good stogie, The Smoke Shop, though a little hard to find, is a good place to start your search. They have great customer service and the selection there is pretty wide. This is one of maybe 3 actual cigar stores in town, so they are hard to come by. They sell anything in your price range and will be very helpful picking out a gift or something for a poker game.
