Those of you looking for a mortgage broker, please make an appointment with Brian Scott Cohen as quickly as you can. Brian is fun, knowledgeable, efficient, fast and eminently helpful. Brian was like lightning with the pre-approval process, and stayed with me the entire way, through thick and thin, through paperwork blips (on my part) and the questions that arise during the normal course of obtaining a refinanced mortgage. Brian cares very much for his clients and works as hard as he can to obtain what they need. His response time to e-mail messages is amazing, and his patience with all of the steps and all of the questions along the way is also amazing. I too highly recommend Brian without reservation and wish to thank him greatly for his exceptional work and concern for his clients.
