In purchasing a home I ran into an issue where I needed to prove that my offer was just as good as an all cash offer and essentially give a guarantee to the seller that I would close. I frantically reached out to a few mortgage brokers, and Brian was the first to call me back at 8pm on a Friday.
Brian was able to honestly tell me the chances of getting the mortgage and he clearly explained the different steps in the process. He understood I was a new home owner, and he was patient and extremely thorough. The most important thing was that Brian was able to secure the lowest rate out of the 4 companies I spoke to.
Brian was able to get the paperwork complete within two weeks. I can't express how thankful I am to have worked with Brian, and would recommend him to anyone!
