My wife and I just closed on our mortgage refinance with Brian at Wells Fargo and he was the best. Our original mortgage was with another bank but we went back to Brian for our refinance because we had such a positive experience with him when we shopped around for our original mortgage. He took a great deal of time with us before we even committed to go with Wells for our refi, walking us through the options and making sure we understood the closing costs and the process to getting a commitment.
Some brokers can give you the rush act and are not always the most respectful, but at every point I felt like we were being counseled by a real human being and someone who was not trying to score a quick buck off of us. Brian is thorough, fast, extremely hard working and always responsive--not to mention pleasant, courteous and respectful.
If this is your first time getting a mortgage, Brian will make the process easy, clear and comfortable for you; and if you're not new to the process, you will appreciate him nonetheless! I would quickly and enthusiastically recommend Brian to any friends and family.
