Review content:
Ashton Oaks is a relatively new complex. I was one of the first people to move in there. The grounds are beautiful and well-maintained. The apartments are OK, but nothing spectacular. I lived in a 1/1 and I liked the apartment, but hated the closet. It is a walk-in, but VERY small. The average woman will find it unsuitable. The creek beside the complex reeks when the water is low or during really hot temperatures so living with a water view isn?t so great. On the upside, there is a mile long paved trail along the creek side of the apartment that connects to the A.W Grimes sidewalk leading to two greenways. You can easily get a 5-7 mile run in doing the out and back at the complex and then both loops on A.W. Grimes. There a dog park within ? miles of the back of the complex that is nice, too.
Pros: Great Apartments
Cons: Terrible Element and nice, but ineffective staff
