Review content:
This limousine service is perhaps the worst limousine service I have dealt with. The driver was exceptional, however, the owner of the company didn't take a customer first approach in dealing with me. A limousine showed up with a radio that had a short in it.Therefore you can imagine what it was like to travel to an out of town sporting event with a radio that didn't work. Instead of being apologetic, the owner argued with me that the radio was functioning when he checked. I guess the fact that seven occupants including his driver declaring that the radio didn't work was not enough for him. On top of this, he wanted to charge me an extra half hour because we arrived 15 minuted after scheduled dropoff time. The owned seemed more intent on making money versus making sure that the customer was taken care off.
