My husband took my car here to get it inspected and an oil change. With the kind of car I have it is mandatory that I get synthetic oil changes so of course that is written anywhere you would look up what kind of oil my car would get. So he got the oil change and the inspection and they put regular oil in it!!! WTF? And their reasoning was that my husband didn't ""specify"" what kind of oil to put in. Isn't it their jobs to know what kind of oil a car gets? Who's the expert? So they drained the oil out and put a new oil filter on. I looked at the bill the next day (I wasnt there when he took the car in) and I noticed that they charged us $12.95 for parts! Since when do you have to pay for parts on an oil change? My father owned his own garage for YEARS and I worked the reception desk so I know what goes on as far as how people get billed for things like this. So I called them up and spoke to someone and he said my husband asked for a high performance oil filter. My husband did no such thing. But I thought maybe he forgot. So I called him at work and he said he never asked for that and that he thought they were trying to recoup some of the cost of the oil they had to waste and the oil filter they had to throw out. . So my husband calls them back and speaks to the owner, Brian and Brian argues with him and he started cursing at my husband so my husband told him to screw himself (with a capital F) and hung up. He then called me back to tell me what happened. And while he was on the phone with me Brian had called him back and left a message on his cell phone saying ""If you ever bring your car here again I'm going to p!ss in your gas tank you piece of sh*t!"" and God knows what else because I haven't heard it yet. But you better believe that if he is that crazy to do something like that, God knows what else he will do. We are saving the message for future reference in case he tries to harrass us. Any business with an owner like that will never get my money ever again! Pros: The right to choose never to go there again!wner Cons: A nasty owner who take any opportunity to rip you off!
