Bait and switch! I was quoted a $45 service fee to fix my Sharp flat panel TV. When I showed up, they said it was $75. It turns out the owner's wife is the one who misquoted me. I spoke with the owner Mike (who was disrespectful at best) and told him that I am taking my business elsewhere. They would not honor the $45 fee, instead settling on $50 right as I was walking out the door. I said OK, but was still not happy about it. I specifically said do not charge my credit card, I will pay in cash. I show up to pick up my TV and they had charged my credit card and would not reverse the charge. I was then yelled at by Larry, the repairman in the back of the store, who initially took my cc number. Stay away. Drive the extra mile to find a better place.
