THE JURY DIDNT HEAR THE ""TRUTH."" WHY DIDNT JAMES COLE STATE THAT ALL THE CHARGES WERE DROPPED AGAINST THE ""TEEN DRIVER"" AFTER THE ""TRUTH "" WAS TOLD TO THE JUDGE BY ALL PARTIES. THE DEFENDANT WHICH CAUSED THE ACCIDENT STATED GOING OVER THE POSTED 25MPH SPEED LIMIT IN AN F250 SUPERDUTY. HE ALSO SUPPOSEDLY BROKE THE WINDSHIELD WITH HIS ELBOW WHILE TALKING ON HIS CELL PHONE... THE COMPANY THE DEFENDANT OWNS AND THE POLICE ARE ALL ON THE SAME FREQUENCY FOR THEIR CB ALSO.THE 911 CALLER ON THE POLICE REPORT WAS FROM 724-452-4452 IN WHICH I CALLED THE DAY WE GOT THE POLICE REPORT AND IT WAS A FAX MACHINE. THE WRECK OCCURED WELL BEYOND THE 452 EXCHANGE... WHO CALLED 911? WHERE DID THIS NUMBER COME FROM? THE DEFENDANTS FATHER IS THE TOWNSHIP SUPERVISOR , HIS BUSINESS PARTNER, AND THE POLICE COMMISSIONER. THE POLICE CHIEF WAS HIS FATHERS EMPLOYEE AND ALSO HIS FRIEND. THE JUDGE AT THE BEAVER COUNTY COURTHOUSE STATED THE POLICE CHIEF DIDNT DO HIS JOB AND THAT IT WAS ""SCANDELOUS AND LUDACRIS"" WHEN HE DROPPED THE CHARGES AGAINST THE ""TEEN DRIVER"". THE JUDGE COULD ACTUALLY HEAR THE ""TRUTH"".
