JAMES COLE WAS EITHER PAID OFF BY WALSH LAWFIRM AND CINCINATTI INSURANCE OR HE JUST NOT GOOD AT WINNING CASES.NO JURORS WERE MY AGE.MOST WERE WAY OLDER.HE AGREED WITH PAUL WALSHS TERMS AT THE TRIAL, NOT THE CLIENTS...HE WENT FOR 200K IF THEY WIN 20K IF THEY LOSE...EITHER WAY HE GOT MORE THAN HIS FAIR SHARE OF MONEY AND THE ACCIDENT VICTIM IS LEFT WITH LIFELONG SCARS AND DEPRESSION..INCLUDING A SKULL FRACTURE, BROKEN FEMUR, TIBIA, PULMONARY CLAPSE. THE 20K DIDNT GO VERY FAR, AND HAVE COLLECTION AGENCIES STILL WANTING MONEY.
Cons: THEY WAITED 5 YEARS AND LOST THE CASE...LEFT ME WITH LIFELONG DEPRESSION AND SCARS.
