dr. ward instantly put me at ease although i was TERRIFIED (read: an adult that avoided going to the oral surgeon for YEARS after it was initially recommended) to visit him. he is professional, kind, charismatic, and especially patient even with those of us that aren't exactly excited to be sitting in his chair. all four of my wisdom teeth needed to come out, and one of my wisdom teeth would be an especially arduous extraction. dr. ward recommended only having one side done at a time in case i had difficulty recovering. he did the most troublesome side first, just two days ago, and it was soooo much less of an ordeal than i had been expecting, solely due to the exceedingly adept talent of dr. ward.
Pros: patient, professional, gentle, kind, convenient location
Cons: this is super nit-picky, but in the interest of COMPLETE honesty, the office waiting area could be updated...but really, who cares about interior design when you're visiting a doc as great as this???
