Businiess name:  State Street Dance Studio

Review content:
Very uninspiring -- particularly for young dancers (under 8) who are stuck with a much, much older (seemingly tired) teacher. Recitals are full productions . . . which are great if your child is above 6 or 7 and is very serious about dance. However, for those younger dancers, the costs and rules for the recital production are ridiculous. Most parents with kids under 6 just want to see their child dance and do not want to pay hundreds of dollars in addition to their tuition to do so. The school is also mainly a ballet school (which is fine) but not very broad and certainly not progressive. The dancers do apparently perform and showcase their work from time to time, but they offer no competition company.
