I have always recieved exceptional service from Hickeys music . I have placed many orders never have a problem and always recieve replies to my e-mails. When I needed something that was only in print out of the country they got the music for me. When things are back ordered they are usually pretty accurate with time promises and also give you the option of canceling the order and getting it elsewhere. I really appreciate the great service I have had and even living in two parts of the United States aways have promt and courteous service.
