the drs office has all kinds of postings about how this doctor is willing to be there for the patient any time of the day.....while she does try to work you in when you need to be seen, be prepared to wait, or go all over town to her number of offices. As for formality, the doctor's office does not give you a receipt for your services and insists that the patient come in to be seen multiple times for multiple procedures....while she seems to know what she's talking about, this doctors bedside manner is her worst attribute, making going to the doctor truely unpleasant.
