Review content:
After having take out sushi from Little Tokyo before and loving it I decided to actually eat in the restaurant for my birthday dinner. We had a decent group, 5 adults and 1 child (17 months). It was a Wed night, pretty good crowd. While the food was still great as I remembered the service definitely left a lot to be desired. Our male server seemed to really want to be somewhere else. No smile and seemed annoyed each time he came to the table. At one point I had asked for crackers or something for my daughter to munch on and keep her busy (mind you, she was content, kinda babbling but not a disturbance to anyone around) our waitor informed us that no he had no crackers and that this wasn't really a kid friendly restaurant. That pretty much ruined the dining experience for me. Looking around at that point there were several tables with small children. The atmoshpere was mellow and relaxed and seemed to be a family type place. Needless to say, I wouldn't dine in again if I saw the same server. Customer service is HUGE for me and I always expect service with a smile, some nice conversation and a happy, decent person. Not what we received. At all.
