I have been completely pleased with my experiences at Charlotte Street Animal Hospital. It's a small clinic that is noticeably cozy and warm. I've taken my dog there for three years. She seems to be particularly accident prone, or just suceptible to "stuff", as I've been in multiple times each year often with pretty short notice. The staff are amazingly kind and sincere. They've squeezed us in at little/no notice before, which is really asking a lot for such a small operation. They are good people, and I trust them. The vets really go out of their way to explain situations in a way that is both respectful and relatively blunt. They tell it like it is, and I appreciate that in a vet. I've also heard from folks who go elsewhere, that Charlotte Street is the most affordable operation in town, and that doesn't hurt!
