4EverFit is my haven. I started almost 5 years ago and will never quit. I went from a size 14 to a 6 and have never gained back an ounce. The trainers are real people who keep the workouts fresh and fun. My favorite part of 4EverFit is the atmosphere. It has the ""Cheers bar feel"". When you walk in people say ""Terri!"" as everybody knows your name.
