DO NOT USE THIS INSURANCE COMPANY! I had a standard physical back in Sept. 2011, which was suppose to be covered 100% by insurance, but a month after the physical I received a bill for nearly $1100. I was told several times by the customer service (where I had the physical) at the AF Williams Clinic at Stapleton, and The University of Colorado, not to worry about the bill because it must be a mistake and it would be taken care of, yet 7 months later it hasn?t. The insurance company said the first time I called that items were coded wrong then they changed their story to that the lab work for the standard tests performed during a physical, like diabetes testing, is not covered. The items they stated they would not pay for were listed in their handbook as covered 100% during a physical exam. I found out the Clinic double billed and the insurance company paid twice for many items. Even with this information they have refused any assistance to clear up the issue, and I am still fighting the battle.
