Review content:
Hot Tub is fine, (even though it is not working now!) - not the issue with this company. Customer service is completely lousy. They never do what they say they are going to do. When I have called (repeatedly) on a warranty issue, no one ever takes responsibility for their (in)actions. Instead, I am always made to feel like I am doing something wrong...Our tub has now been out of action for 6 weeks waiting for a part to arrive, and it's always going to happen tommorrow when I call to check. I would not recommend doing business with these people again.
