I'm sorry I cannot rate the chiropratic service because I have not been able to get past his recption staff. They are so unprofessional, seems like they are high school students in training. Usually have no problem with youth workers. But the office manager never returned my calls, I never got confirmation call for my booked appointment, staff did not follow up with my primary physician for referral and patient file and told me I needed to do all of that. And I would always be stuck talking to the person who answered the phone who didnt know anything! and would turn around and have to ask another individual or office manager. People anwering the phones need to be more professional, improve their phone etiquette, and knowledgable to answer basic questions.
